Full-Time Join Our Mission to Provide Affordable Housing Nationwide! We are a leading national non-profit with 59+ affordable senior housing communities, is seeking a Field Operations Compliance Coordinator to support our compliance efforts for state and federal programs (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, HOME, etc.). You’ll oversee a portfolio of properties, review resident files for compliance, supervise Compliance Specialists, and work closely with on-site teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications and recertifications.
What You’ll Do:
Review and approve resident files for program compliance Support lease-ups and prepare for compliance audits Supervise Compliance Specialists Travel up to 50% for on-site reviews and training Stay up-to-date on HUD, LIHTC, and other regulations
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ affordable housing compliance experience•
REQUIRED
Strong understanding of
HUD/LIHTC
regulations•
REQUIRED
COS, HCCP, or TCS certifications preferred•
REQUIRED
Organized, detail-focused, and great with deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and RealPage (a plus)
