Medical Scheduler Quantum Medical & Wellness Center 1261 S Pine Island Road, Plantation, FL 33324 Our office seeks 2 talented front office assistants- 1 Front office Duties To greet patients and visitors and route them to the correct office area. The successful candidates will prioritize accuracy and attention to detail, and will also be capable of performing office duties such as scheduling appointments, helping Doctors, keeping track of patient treatments, taking vital signs, handling new and existing patients, collecting payments -deductibles /copays We’re looking for front office assistants who can confidently manage details, sm ile through any complications, and take initiative at all times. Must be bilingual –

Spanish Responsibilities:

Answer the phone quickly Answer basic medical questions in person and over the phone. Assist with patient paperwork, scanning, and filing. Keep accurate records of patient visits. Answer questions for patients and their families. Be courteous and professional at all times. Be knowledgeable of office policies and procedures. Take messages Will train Summary As a Medical Scheduler, you will be essential in coordinating patient appointments and managing medical records to ensure a smooth workflow within the medical office. Reporting to the office manager, your core skills in patient service and administrative support will facilitate effective communication with patients and healthcare providers. Your premium skills in EHR systems and medical terminology will enhance patient interactions and data management. Additionally, being bilingual in Spanish will allow you to better serve our diverse patient population, contributing to a welcoming and efficient healthcare environment.

$17.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
