Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Operations Specialist. This role requires a strong background in drafting comprehensive business plans, assisting with the formation of various business entities (including LLCs, Corporations, etc.), drafting operating agreements, and providing support with client onboarding calls. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Plan Writing:
Draft, revise, and finalize business plans tailored to client needs, including financial projections, market analysis, and operational strategies. Conduct in-depth research to provide accurate and relevant data to support business plan development. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and incorporate their feedback into the plan. Ensure that all business plans meet legal and regulatory requirements, especially for visa-related petitions (e.g., E-2 visa business plans).
Entity Formation Assistance:
Guide clients through the process of forming business entities (LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps, etc.). Assist in filing necessary formation documents with the state and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Provide ongoing support to clients during the formation process, answering questions and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Drafting Operating Agreements:
Prepare and customize operating agreements for LLCs and other business structures in compliance with state laws and client needs. Work with clients to gather necessary information and ensure agreements reflect the business’s goals and ownership structure. Provide legal clarity on terms and conditions in operating agreements.
Client Onboarding:
Conduct client onboarding calls to understand their specific business needs and provide guidance throughout the formation and business planning processes. Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the steps involved and maintain an open line of communication for questions and concerns. Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
Multitasking and Project Management:
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and that all deliverables are of the highest quality. Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing urgent client requests with long-term project goals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and consistency across client projects.
Client Support:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries. Maintain positive relationships with clients and offer additional services as needed to help grow their businesses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in business plan writing and entity formation. Strong knowledge of business structures, including LLCs, S-Corps, and C-Corps. Familiarity with legal documents such as operating agreements and other corporate formation documents. Excellent multitasking abilities and experience handling multiple projects at once. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients in a professional and supportive manner. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate work under tight deadlines. Ability to adapt to new tools and software (e.g., Docketwise, MyCase, or similar platforms).
