Planner Scheduler Position Available In Broward, Florida

WE ARE HIRING A PLANNER SCHEDULER FOR A MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANY

Responsibilities:

• Fills requisitions for specialized or diversified line or apparatus.
• Draws on resources within the organization in order to meet the needs of the production cycle.
• Provides estimated product completion information. May be involved in schedule preparation and/or shipments.
• Sorts, posts and files inventory records and production schedules.
• Estimates and records production rates
• prepares shop orders and reviews stock records to determine stock status against project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate primarily in English; bilingual preferred.
• This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training.
• The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
• The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based.
• The knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
• The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines.
• This job typically requires a minimum of 3 or more years’ experience.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Must have excellent organizational and business skills.
• Must have strong proficiency in MS software (Word, Exc3el, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

).
