Primary Responsibilities
The Trust Operations Associate within the Trust Operations department plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of trust and wealth management accounts, with a primary focus on account onboarding, account closings, transfers, and fee processing. The position involves communicating internally with the Trust Administration and Finance teams, as needed, participating in meetings, and facilitating requests with vendors.
Additionally, the role requires reviewing Know Your Client (“KYC”) documents and new account paperwork, setting up fee schedules and assessing other one-time fees, maintaining organized records and documentation, and assisting in other departmental areas with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude, should be technically inclined, possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, has proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
