We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the highest standards in the marine industry. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Dispatcher to join our team and help us keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Overview:

The CSR & Dispatcher will be the backbone of our customer service and scheduling operations. This role involves managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred to streamline our workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling for boat lift repairs and maintenance. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan.

Dispatching:

Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls based on location, urgency, and technician availability. Optimize daily schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time. Communicate job details and updates to technicians in real-time. Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of services.

Administrative Support:

Input and update job details, customer information, and service notes in ServiceTitan. Generate invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts. Assist with reporting and tracking key performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Required:

and/or dispatching, preferably in a service-based industry. Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
