Master Scheduler Roller Die and Forming Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 Summary The successful candidate has working knowledge and skill related to master scheduling, material procurement, planning, and purchasing; with the ability to interface with the customer. Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining schedules for projects or production processes
• Collaborate with various teams, monitor progress, and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Creating and maintaining production schedules, distributing them, communicating customer expectations
• Creating, updating, and maintaining master schedules for projects; collaborate with local team for appropriate production processes, operations, and strategies.
• Tracking progress against schedules by performing cycle counts, verifying inventories, identify and communicate potential delays or bottlenecks; Identify and mitigating potential risks that may impact the schedule; escalate to top management, as necessary.
• Communicating schedules to relevant teams, stakeholders, and management, and collaborating with them to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Analyzing schedule performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
• Perform releases of raw material against purchase orders in-time for production needs
• Perform sourcing and spot-buys, as necessary. Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools: Experience with Microsoft Project or Excel, Sage® ERP system, Electronic Data Interface (EDI), and other relevant software.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures: Understanding of production planning, supply chain management, project management principles; strong math skills required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances

Physical Requirements Visual and Hearing:

Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance, wearing hearing protection. Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, occasional lifting weights to 35lbs. Ability to move around manufacturing floor.
