The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare scheduling procedures, health information management, and relevant software applications. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and attention. Responsibilities Assist clients with referrals for care providers who assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal care records using computerized systems for care plans. Perform medical collection tasks and ensure compliance with health information management protocols. Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of patient information. Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans. Document client progress and report any changes in health status to appropriate personnel. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Qualifications Previous experience in a caregiving or medical office role is preferred. Proficiency in computer work and phone skills required. Knowledge of health information management practices & HIPAA preferred, training provided for employees. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
