ited to:
Accountable for the effective coordination and day-to-day operations of the office of PFS Wealth Management. Specific duties include but are not limited to: Work in an independent manner to resolve detailed administrative questions from clients in support of the Advisors Coordinate and ensure processing of all service work, including but not limited to 11-month reallocation Preparation of annual reviews Preparation of transfer histories Preparation and coordination of routine service requests from clients such as withdrawals, address changes, beneficiary changes, etc. Track all commissions due, track all potential business Maintain compliance logs/files Collaborate with other employees. Establish and maintain strong working relationships. Other and general office duties as assigned, to include, but not limited to copying, filing, Accountable for the effective coordination and accurate processing of client applications and files to the appropriate insurance carriers and securities companies in a timely manner, verifying that all essential details are completed before final mailing. Monitor and actively control open transfers by communicating with market counterparties to affect the transfer and resolve problems as they occur, providing status updates to client and advisor. Enter all pertinent data and information into the database system for referencing and record keeping Maintain a strong working knowledge of all relevant products and services. Advisors Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years of general office/administrative support experience. Financial services industry experience desired High school diploma or equivalent. College coursework/degree desired but not required. Ability to build relationships in person and over the telephone. Ability to multi-task, high attention to detail, good organizational and prioritizations skills. Ability to start and finish projects showing quality and timeliness. Computer skills to include intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
Additional Qualifications :
Proven experience in front desk operations or customer service roles is preferred. Strong skills in calendar management and organizational tasks. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative capacity is advantageous. Familiarity with general receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment competently. Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
