Office Assistant/Scheduler Rivers Pest Control Company 5710 Summerall Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216 Small, fast paced, family owned Pest Control Company seeking a dependable and professional Appointment Setter. This position is full-time Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. The applicant must have previous office experience, as well as, customer service experience with excellent Communication Skills and one who is welcoming and friendly with a clear speaking voice. Someone who is positive and outgoing, with the desire and ability to cross sell other services is most desired. Following through with tasks

! Looking for an individual who will enjoy working with a small office staff rather than large corporate America with the desire to please our customers !! As the primary job function is answering phones to schedule work throughout the Jacksonville and surrounding area, they must know the Jacksonville area traffic patterns and a test will be given to ensure. Other duties will include, but not limited to, filing, data entry, filling out paperwork, organizing files and paperwork, Microsoft Office proficient and typing with speed and a low error rate. Attention to detail is a must with the ability to multi task and handle difficult situations. Please no phone calls into the office with inquiries or directions or you will not be considered for this position as directions are part of the job knowledge we are seeking.
