This full time position works directly with clients overseeing that each project is designed, printed and mailed out accurately and on schedule. The office is located in the mandarin area of Jacksonville. Responsibilities:

Correspond directly with clients either by telephone or electronically Direct client inquires and request’s to appropriate team members Schedule, Record and keep track of client orders throughout production and fulfillment Proofread for accuracy and content Prepare client materials for pre-press Compose own correspondence and handles calls of a routine nature independently Provide administrative support to sales staff and

Production Manager Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in a customer service position Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Problem analysis and Problem solving Attention to detail and accuracy Solid record of strict adherence to procedures Excellent written and communication skills Knowledge of print production and direct mail would be preferred
