Randstad is looking for an expereinced production coordinator with print production and direct mail expereince to work with a growing company in the Jackssonville Southside area. This is a full time position which will work directly with clients, production, and vendors to oversee that each project is designed, printed and mailed out accurately and on schedule.
salary:
$18 – $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Correspond directly with clients either by telephone or electronically.
- Direct client inquires and request’s to appropriate team members
- Schedule, Record and keep track of client orders throughout production and fulfillment
- Proofread for accuracy and content
- Prepare client materials for pre-press
- Compose own correspondence and handles calls of a routine nature independently
- Provide administrative support to sales staff and Production Manager/production.
