Day-to-Day Duties:

Juggle incoming calls, online queries, and in-person customer questions about parts and equipment. Organize and document tasks effectively and maintain active collaboration with both customers and teammates. Ensure precise order entry and fulfilling customer requests on time. Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory for parts and equipment, ready to support service needs. Coordinate with the service shop and ensure all team members have up-to-date safety credentials. Drive an inclusive, positive workplace culture where safety and innovation thrive.

Qualifications:

Must have a spotless driving record. High school diploma or higher with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in mechanical systems and office software such as the Microsoft Suite.

Work Environment:
