Our products and services include diesel and gas generators, design-build, turn-key installations, rentals, service contracts, used equipment, and parts. Working closely with our customers since 1977, Zabatt has decades of experience and expertise in the marketplace. With headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, Zabatt’s power generation service extends throughout the state of FL and into GA, AL, TN and NC. We are currently seeking dynamic Service Team Schedulers to join our growing company. The Service Team Scheduler is responsible for handling service dispatch requests, updating work orders and coordinating technicians’ schedules. Responsibilities will include scheduling, dispatching and coordinating field service installation, repair and maintenance of residential and commercial power generation equipment. This position serves as the liaison between customers and field technicians. Responsibilities may also include assisting the Service Department and Team Lead with day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position with a normal work schedule of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a rotating on call schedule. Qualified candidates will have previous customer service and/or service dispatch experience and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Strong proficiency with computer/office systems and software programs required. Previous experience in similar field/industry preferred. A strong work ethic, high standards of integrity and reliability are a must. Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent education. Successful completion of drug screening required.
