Overview:

Support an Investment Advisory Governance team by reviewing account activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and upholding risk control frameworks within wealth and advisory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve account documentation and investment program enrollments.
Respond to inquiries through various channels to support advisory and brokerage operations.
Conduct research to resolve routine operational and policy-related issues.
Monitor adherence to internal business policies and escalate risk concerns when necessary.
Assist in maintaining governance standards across advisory platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

1+ year of experience in financial services or securities operations (brokerage experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
Effective in research, communication, and team collaboration.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new business procedures.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
