medical/dental/vision, 401k match, pto Hiring a Master Production Scheduler with experience in High-Volume Manufacturing and/or Injection Molding to join our client’s manufacturing team. Will develop the production schedules that optimize machine capacity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long term production schedules for molding operations. Partner with production, maintenance and materials teams Monitor and adjust schedules in real time in response to: equipment downtime, material shortages, or staffing constraints. Collaborate with leadership to support labor planning activities. Track and report performance-to-schedule metrics Oversee mold/tooling readiness, coordinating changes and availability Utilize ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) to maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling data. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning and scheduling processes. Build and manage a high-performing scheduling team

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred. 3 or more years of experience in production scheduling within a molding or high-volume manufacturing environment; injection molding experience a plus. Knowledge of molding operations, tooling requirements, and machine capacity planning. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar) Familiarity with capacity planning Previous experience leading others in a manufacturing environment
