Overview:
BlueWater Federal is looking for an Exercise Lead Coordinator to support
SOCOM Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate MCS-COP integration into exercise in line with operational priorities and objectives. This includes keeping a liaison like foothold with J3 JCT, Training and Evaluation or equivalents. Ensure relevant exercises planning efforts are synchronized and appropriate requirements are gathered to include but not limited to System requirements, Information Exchange Requirements, System Integrations, Firewall Exemptions. In limited capacity, coordinate with Component or unit GSSE team to provide OV-1 architectures and execute concept of support plan in order to integrate MCS/COP capabilities
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience. Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility. 5+ years’ experience in implementing and training software systems/updates, standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
