Medical Procedure Scheduler Digestive Diseases Associates of Tampa Bay Brandon, FL 33511 Our Gastroenterology office is seeking to hire a full-time, in-office Procedure Scheduler. The job duties include, but are not limited to, Schedule hospital and ambulatory surgery center-based procedures for three Gastrointestinal physicians Confirm patients demographic and insurance details for accuracy Review procedure preparation with patients/family members Fax booking sheet to appropriate facility in a timely manner Verify eligibility of insurance Answering incoming calls and respond to voicemails timely EMR experience preferred, EPIC experience helpful Bi-lingual Spanish helpful
