Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, versatile, and dependable individual to join our team as an Operations & Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll assist management across a variety of functions, including data analysis, accounting, customer service, purchasing, and general office administration. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges and learn new skills. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support across all departments Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including creating and interpreting formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) Assist with accounting tasks, including invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and data entry Help with customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues Learn and use proprietary systems quickly and efficiently Assist with process improvements and identify opportunities for increased efficiency Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to learn proprietary software and adapt quickly to new systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially with financial data Ability to work under pressure and meet changing priorities and deadlines Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic A team player who is willing to go the extra mile Why Join Us?
