The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management and project scheduling, as well as proficiency in construction management software. Duties Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather necessary information for effective scheduling. Communicate with clients the proposed schedule and throughout the project communicate any unforeseen delays, additional costs, etc. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays. Utilize construction management software such as Company Cam for scheduling and reporting purposes. Analyze project timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Prepare regular updates and reports on project status for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contracts and project specifications throughout the scheduling process. Skills Strong knowledge of construction site operations and processes. Proven experience in project scheduling within the construction industry. Familiarity with construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in using construction management software, particularly Company Cam. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess project timelines and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders in a project environment.
