Every day, they assist our patients and teams by connecting them and ensuring that their calls are answered. Additionally, they are responsible for: Greeting callers, establishing the reason for calling, and completing the appropriate request of the caller or connecting them with the appropriate party or department Ability to speak/project clearly and distinctly, and with a warm, friendly, and courteous tone Ability to use listening skills to put callers at ease and obtain accurate and complete information Ability to think outside of the box and anticipate the needs of the callers and co-workers Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls at one time Ability to stay calm and collected Ability to provide outstanding customer service Ability to problem solve Ability to use basic office equipment, including but not limited to: computers, scanners, multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and more What you get: At Westcoast Brace & Limb, we care about our patients and those who help us restore and rebuild lives every day•our associates. Education:

High school diploma or GED•required.

Experience:
