TGHimaging.com We are looking for a full-time, Women’s Imaging Scheduler for our dynamic Breast Comprehensive Team.

The duties are as follows:

Collect and submit patient information to Biopsy Team for approval Contacts patients and schedules any additional exams that has been recommended by the radiologist and referring physician Schedules biopsy with patient and explains the procedure(s) and provides answers to any of the patients questions Communicates with referring physician offices for any orders/referrals or outside images needed for the patients exams and biopsies. Communicates effectively with radiologists, billing department, authorization department, scheduling, technologists, front office staff and supervisor. Candidates must have previous computer and phone skills, knowledge of medical terminology, excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills. Bilingual a plus in this role.
