Classic Home Health is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Home Health Scheduler to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that patients receive timely, coordinated care by managing schedules for our clinical staff and maintaining clear communication across the board. Your work will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our patients’ homes. Responsibilities Schedule clinical staff (RN, LPN, HHA, PT, OT, ST, & MSW) according to patient needs and staff availability. Coordinate changes in schedules and notify appropriate personnel. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into scheduling system. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and referral sources regarding scheduling. Maintain compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support DON and administrative staff with reports and scheduling data. Participate in orientation/training of new staff as it pertains to scheduling.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in healthcare scheduling preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with computers and scheduling software. Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multitask.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
