We’re expanding quickly and looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the ground up. About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Field & Operations Assistant to work directly with the CEO across job sites, office tasks, and team coordination. This is not a desk job. You’ll be helping manage real work in construction, learning everything from reading plans and permitting to subcontractor coordination and execution. This is a growth role for someone who wants to learn how a business is built—literally and figuratively—and is ready to take responsibility from day one. What You’ll Do Drive to active job sites in Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, North Port, Punta Gorda, and nearby areas Pick up/drop off materials, permits, documents, and samples Read and understand basic architectural and construction plans (we’ll train you) Communicate with subcontractors and vendors clearly and professionally Capture job site progress photos and updates for internal systems and social media Organize receipts, budgets, and updates on spreadsheets Assist in scheduling, walkthroughs, and project coordination Be willing to get hands-on when needed (checking site conditions, laying out plans, etc.) Work Schedule & Flexibility We believe in balance and protecting family time —weekends are not normally required. However, there may be occasional weekend or after-hours work depending on project urgency. Flexibility and a team mindset are key. When things need to get done, we do them.
