$17/hr +

Performance-Based Spiffs Shift:

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience (Required) Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a key role in our service center. You are more than just a voice on the phone—you are an expert, a problem solver, and a brand ambassador.

Your role will involve:

Educating new, existing, and past customers on our services Identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions Upselling and cross-selling multiple service options to maximize value Building rapport and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
