Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30
PM Pay:
$17

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule surgeries, pre-op appointments, and follow-ups Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurance providers Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations Ensure accuracy in patient records and scheduling system Provide outstanding customer service and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
Prior experience in medical scheduling or healthcare administration preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with accuracy Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer skills
