We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator/Scheduler to join our high performing team. Our Project Coordinator/Scheduler is an integral member of our Remodeling team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with our Project Managers and with paint, production, scheduling, coordinating with Department managers ensuring timely completion of projects. This position will work with several company departments and vendors to meet customer timelines. At Cornerstone our goal is to Wow our customers, so meeting our customers’ needs is our goal and you will be an important part of making that happen. Project Coordinator/Scheduler Full lifecycle Schedule Management from inception to completion; approvals and changes Verify and update changes (materials, delivery and scheduling dates) to departments and customers Distribution of schedules to department managers and customers Team with sales and department managers ensuring discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner Maintain accurate and up to date records of all scheduling activities Communicate with department managers to resolve scheduling discrepancies, delays and changes Confirm delivery timelines and scheduling details with department managers Update scheduling information; contact details, availability and delivery dates Skills & Competencies Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner Intermediate and above in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and problem solving Must be dependable, reliable and punctual

Requirements:

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent Must have a valid Florida driver’s license Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7am – 3:30pm Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of scheduling experience in the same or related industry We are looking for applicants who take pride in their work, work their scheduled shifts and enjoy being a part of a winning team.
