This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a media-driven individual to bring their creativity into the design and development of an engaging worship environment. We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a part-time Worship Media Production Coordinator. This position will work under the guidance of our Pastor, ensuring alignment with Lamb of God Church’s beliefs, values and mission. The Worship Media Production Coordinator will be involved in all areas of Production (Audio, Video, Social Media). This new position will likely require about 8 hours dedicated to worship and social media responsibilities to begin with. Position Overview:

. This person will manage production-related aspects for Sunday morning services, special events, weddings, and funerals, as well as manage Lamb of God Church’s production needs and equipment. They will recruit and train and work closely with volunteers and staff to implement and ensure excellence of live streaming our service on Zoom and FaceBook Live, editing recordings and uploading to Youtube and our website. Assist with creating content and uploading sermon clips to our church app. Participate in weekly staff meetings, and special events as directed by the Pastor. The right candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be creative, have excellent technical knowledge and be adaptable and flexible when working in live production environments. Must have a collaborative spirit and be a good problem solver, and be prepared to develop, grow, and manage our audio visual experiences and online production. Must be a self-starter, willing to take the initiative to continuously improve production systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Zoom, Youtube, Live Streaming Platforms, and Video Editing Software. Volunteer management / training experience. Familiar with various live production areas (Audio, Video, Broadcast, Social Media, etc.). 2+ years of video production/editing (church or nonprofit context a plus). Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Pay:

$25 per hour.
