The Operations Specialist provides advanced clerical and administrative support to program supervisors, and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data. We are looking for a skilled administrative professional as this position must perform at a high level of responsibility and with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and at least two years of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Strong problem solving and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Acute attention to detail Excellent customer service skills and a desire to jump in and assist where needed Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team Ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed Easterseals Florida has been rated a 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Great Place to Work by our employees!
