Job Overview Key Responsibilities:
Utilize provided leads to reach out to potential clients via phone and email, scheduling appointments for our insurance agents. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with prospects. Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions. Collaborate with our team to optimize appointment-setting strategies. Meet weekly and monthly goals for scheduled appointments.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable with using technology and CRM systems. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
