You will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of physical security services. This role involves managing personnel, coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance with security protocols, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction. This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have proficient computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. What you’ll do : Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency. Monitor daily activities to ensure adherence to security protocols. Coordinate the deployment of security personnel across various sites. Supervise and train security staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Address client concerns and ensure service satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on operational performance. Maintain accurate records of operations and personnel. Prepare budgets and manage operational expenses. Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals. What you’ll need : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the security industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of security protocols and regulations. Class D license. Driver’s License. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
