Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm client appointments using online scheduling systems.
- Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide alternative appointment options.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
