Description:

Support Early Learning Center (ELC) Manager in site operations including maintaining accreditation standards, communication, support and guidance for families and all daily operations. Provide professional development coaching and support to Early Learning Center staff at assigned location. Plan long/short range activities in accordance with program philosophy, curriculum objectives, and developmentally appropriate practice to meet the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of each child. Estimated salary range for this position is $42882.08

Associates.

Licenses & Certifications:

DCF Staff Credential.

Additional Qualifications:

AA Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field. Bachelors Degree and Leadership skills preferred. 3+ years direct experience in early childhood education setting, preferably with operational and leadership experience. Excellent problem-solving, judgement, and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reliably calm, tolerant and patient in stressful situations, flexible, strong interpersonal skills, friendly and approachable demeanor. Proficient time-management, organizational and computer skills. Consistently demonstrate a professional appearance and hands-on work ethic.
