We are a mid-size law firm specializing in first-party property insurance litigation, and we are looking for a full-time Legal Scheduler / Legal Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office, entry-level position, and training will be provided. It’s an excellent opportunity to build your career in the legal field while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and inspections.
• Coordinate with court reporters and other legal professionals.
• Draft and prepare Notices applicable to deposition and mediation scheduling.
• Manage and save filings using the Florida Court e-filing portal.
• Organize documents and correspondence in case management software.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members.

Requirements:

• Interest in building a career in litigation scheduling and legal support.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office) and eagerness to learn case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
