The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Maintenance Person will perform various tasks related to facilities maintenance, including repairs, painting, and general upkeep of residential properties. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units as required. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and functional environment. Lead small projects or teams as needed, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and schematics for troubleshooting. Proficient mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. Experience in residential painting techniques and practices. Ability to read and interpret schematics for various systems. Welding skills are a plus for performing metal repairs or modifications.
