Job Description

Operations Cell (Ops Cell) Staff – Emergency Detention Facility – ($3,710/week) Critical Response Strategies Miami, FL 33134

Position Overview:

We are seeking organized and mission-focused Operations Cell Staff (Ops Cell Staff) for immediate deployment to support administrative and logistical coordination at a temporary correctional or shelter-based facility in South Florida. This W2 contract role is contingent upon contract award and includes housing and meals provided on-site . Ops Cell Staff play a key role in situational tracking, reporting, and ensuring the smooth flow of communications and operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain operational dashboards, situation reports (SITREPs), and shift logs Support coordination between field teams, leadership, and partner agencies Track personnel assignments, movements, and key resources Assist in logistics planning and documentation Monitor communications channels and escalate issues as needed Help prepare reports, briefings, and data summaries for leadership Ensure all records are timely, accurate, and compliant with protocols Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all tasks

Assignment Details:

W2 Temporary Assignment (no benefits) Housing and meals included on base (no per diem or travel reimbursement) 84 hours/week – 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week

Rotational Schedule:

2-3 weeks on / 1 week off

Project Duration:

Up to 12 months

Qualifications:

Experience in emergency operations, EOC support, logistics, or administrative coordination (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data entry Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure Must be able to pass a background check Physically able to work long shifts in high-tempo environments Proficient in English (spoken and written) If you’re ready to help power the backbone of a large-scale emergency response, we encourage you to apply today .
