Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members. Support front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing incoming communications. Maintain organized office systems, including filing and documentation processes. Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative functions and improve workflow. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and correspondence management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Skills Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette to create positive first impressions. Proficient in office management practices and administrative procedures. Experience as a medical receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred but not required. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
