The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and events by managing various administrative tasks and supporting daily activities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with team members to enhance productivity and improve operational processes. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions. Provide personal assistant support to management, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses. Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate collaboration and streamline processes. Support as needed, including scheduling and record management. Utilize linguistic skills to assist diverse clientele effectively. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a professional environment. Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a personal assistant is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. Experience in customer support roles is highly desirable.
