Dade County Water & Energy is a leading provider of water purification and energy conservation solutions, and an authorized dealer for Kinetico®. Our mission is to improve home health and reduce energy costs for families across South Florida. As we grow, we’re seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to help power our next chapter.

Position Summary:

As our Operations Coordinator , you’ll be the right hand to our Operations Manager and a key player in our day-to-day success. You’ll manage scheduling, improve team communication, track installation progress, and ensure our customers and field teams stay in sync. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-savvy, and wants to grow into a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Management Confirm appointments generated by marketing and canvassing teams Overcome objections with professionalism and confidence Assign appointments efficiently to the sales team via CRM Project Coordination Schedule installations and follow up on job progress daily Communicate with customers, techs, and subcontractors Office Operations Manage digital filing and keep records current Assist with payroll processing and employee onboarding Handle basic vendor relations (e.g., printer, security, cleaning services) Order office and field supplies as needed Reporting & CRM Use our CRM Systems to track leads, installs, and KPIs Provide daily and weekly operations reports to leadership

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in an administrative or operations support role Excellent communication and follow-up skills Strong tech comfort—CRM or scheduling software experience preferred (Spanish or Creole) a big plus Passionate about home wellness, customer experience, and personal growth
