Overview:

We’re hiring an Operations & Lot Coordinator in Miami to support site operations, vehicle flow, and quality checks. Ideal for lot porters , car dealership techs , or anyone with experience managing vehicle movement and delivery readiness. This hands-on role involves coordinating EV charging, performing vehicle inspections, and ensuring a safe, organized lot. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team focused on clean energy and next-gen transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage vehicle flow, charging, and scheduling with on-site managers Ensure lot is clean, drivable, and organized at all times Perform final vehicle inspections and create service orders Support detailing, vehicle wash, and basic paint correction Handle delivery paperwork for open states and complete filing/shipping Conduct audits (security, inventory, asset location) Track and manage inventory/supplies, reorder as needed Receive and process incoming inventory; complete BOL paperwork Stage vehicles for transport or auction (remarketing) Safely drive and park vehicles on-site in various weather conditions Collaborate across teams and escalate roadblocks when needed Assist with additional duties and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

2+ years in operations, logistics, lot porter , or dealership technician roles Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license with a clean record Able to lift up to 50 lbs Proficient with computers and digital forms Flexible with schedule; comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 40% to support other locations Fully vaccinated against
