Production Coordinator Stock Executive Search Miami, FL 33130 Oversee all aspects that apply to pre-production and production of given style. Specific Job Functions•
MUST COME FROM THE APPAREL INDUSTRY
!! _ Communicate daily with factories in all aspects of product development. _ _ Maintain Tech pack ownership from Pre Production through production and ensuring that the factories have most updated information/standards at all times. _ _ Maintain and ensure that all approvals are executed for styles sold, including but not limited to, patterns, fit samples, fabric quality, lab dips, shadebands , all trim approvals including cartons and labels , PP and TOP sample approvals. Must work well with pattern makers, designers and art team to ensure all approvals are done in a timely manner. _ _ Maintain, update and publish approval reports for each program and style. _ _ Create and maintain all reports as specified by Sourcing Manager
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims and screen print techniques._ 40 hour work week
- five days a week
- not remote must have good transportation
- excellent communication skills.
