Production Lead Advanced Marketing and sales Miami, FL 33179 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Systems & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee our production inventory system and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update the production inventory system daily, ensuring accurate stock levels and material tracking. Monitor inventory usage, anticipate shortages, and coordinate reorders with purchasing. Schedule and perform routine maintenance checks on production machinery and equipment. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized machine servicing or repairs. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, machine logs, and inventory movements. Identify opportunities for improving system processes, maintenance schedules, and overall workflow. Collaborate with the production team to forecast inventory needs and schedule preventive maintenance without interrupting operations. Train team members on basic inventory and equipment protocols when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to machine operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
Prior experience with production inventory systems or manufacturing operations preferred but not required Basic mechanical or technical knowledge of machinery maintenance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs promptly. Proficiency with inventory management software (or willingness to learn quickly). Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
