Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Rooms Back of House Operations Specialist is all about! Here’s the quick lowdown on what you’ll do day-to-day: Maintains cleanliness of all carpets, corridors, guest elevators, back of house elevators, and non carpet public areas Assists housekeeping department in deep cleaning guest rooms and public areas Empty trash, trash containers, and ashtrays Maintains a clean work area, lobby and luggage storage Identifies and reports preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms Provide warm welcome, and anticipation of guest needs throughout their stay Requirements Here’s exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Ability to lift bend, stop, squat and stretch to fulfil cleaning and repair tasks Work hour flexibility including late afternoon, weekend and holidays Ability to focus on attention on details and be a team player The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): Experience in housekeeping Able to speak a second language We’ve kept it short and sweet – just the essentials you’ll need.
