The Scheduling Coordinator delivers excellent customer and patient service while scheduling patients for pre-op, post-op, surgeries, and massages. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the healthcare space. Performs clerical and administrative functions such as customer service and record keeping Responsible for Interviewing and Obtaining/Verifying clients information Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements Provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring that client unique needs are meet Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Requirements:
