Based in the US, we’ve been around over 40 years, and we’re looking for a Senior level Scheduler to help us coordinate our to be completed on-time, and on-budget. This position is responsible for providing analytical support and insight into project performance, aiding in decision-making processes, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and project goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software.
Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather scheduling requirements.
Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Prepare regular reports on schedule performance and progress for stakeholders.
Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure efficient project execution.
Support project controls and provide insights for schedule-related decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling within the construction industry.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Certification such as PMI or AACEI is a plus.
