Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and highly customer-focused Appointment Setter with experience in high-ticket sales. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating meaningful connections with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling portrait sessions for both our photography team and reveals for our sales team.. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of luxury sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce our services and qualify their interest.
Client Relationship Building:
Establish trust and rapport with clients by understanding their needs and communicating the value of our services.
Appointment Scheduling:
Accurately schedule sessions between prospective clients and our sales or photography team, ensuring alignment with client availability and preferences.
High-Ticket Sales Support:
Leverage your expertise in high-value transactions to guide clients through the decision-making process, addressing concerns and highlighting benefits.
Follow-Up:
Conduct timely and professional follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure a seamless client lifecycle.
CRM Management:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, studio, and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting and sales, preferably within the luxury or high-ticket sector. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy. Demonstrated ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools.
