Are you highly organized, analytical, and passionate about improving healthcare operations? We’re looking for a detail-driven Business Operations Specialist to join a mission-driven healthcare team focused on strengthening provider relationships and optimizing the performance of clinically integrated networks and value-based care programs.

salary:

$28 – $35 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Bachelors Responsibilities What You’ll Do:

Support operational workflows and provider network engagement across value-based care and ACO models Manage provider outreach through e-blasts, faxes, and telephony systems, ensuring timely, effective communication Analyze, manipulate, and report on large data sets using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and support decision-making Coordinate resolution of provider inquiries related to claims, attributions, and documentation Maintain accurate records, update shared drives, and support the development of policies and procedures

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration—or equivalent experience (5+ years) Minimum of 1 year in healthcare strategy, provider services, or business development Experience using Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, MailChimp (preferred) Experience managing operational projects of varying scope and complexity
