Job Overview:

As a Sales Appointment Setter at Termite Trackers, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients in our community. Using a mix of inbound and outbound communication methods, your goal will be to schedule appointments for our sales team to visit homes, assess pest issues, and offer solutions. This is an entry-level position , and we’ll provide you with the training you need to succeed. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients through in-person canvassing. Set appointments for sales team members to conduct pest inspections and provide treatment recommendations. Maintain an organized and updated list of appointments and leads. Keep records of customer interactions and ensure quality customer service. Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets to maximize your commission. Stay up-to-date on pest control solutions , company services, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

No experience required! We provide full training—ideal for individuals wanting to get their foot in the door for sales or the pest control industry. We have found those with sports, restaurant and military experience thrive, though not required. Strong communication skills
