We’re currently hiring an Operations & Recruitment Coordinator for a role designed to grow with you. Over the course of 9 months, we’ll get to know each other. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. At the end of that period, we’ll evaluate together whether a promotion to Operations & Recruitment Manager is the right next step—for both you and the agency. What You’ll Do Support day-to-day scheduling and caregiver coordination Assist with full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, scheduling interviews Lead onboarding, orientation, and caregiver file management Monitor shift fulfillment, coverage needs, and time tracking Collaborate with leadership on urgent staffing priorities Shadow and assist current leadership to learn internal systems Contribute to weekend and holiday coverage plans
Who You Are Experienced:
2-3 years in healthcare staffing, operations, or HR coordination
Educated:
Minimum of an Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
Growth-oriented:
Eager to step into a management role with mentorship Organized and reliable: Able to manage competing priorities with a solutions mindset Strong communicator: Comfortable interacting with caregivers, clients, and leadership
Tech-savvy:
Confident using digital tools like Google Workspace, HR, and scheduling platforms preferblably Wellsky Personal Care Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation & Growth Path Starting Salary:
$40,000
- 45,000 depending on experience Eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan after one year of employment
Growth Opportunity:
