Mirena and Company is a rapidly expanding financial services firm focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Operations Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day business functions for our client to keep their operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:

This entry-level operations role is ideal for someone looking to work with different industries such as financial and legal industries and gain hands-on experience in business operations. You’ll work closely with our consulting leader to help ensure processes are efficient, organized, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing and monitoring operational workflows across departments Support data entry, reporting, and maintenance of internal systems Help coordinate scheduling, vendor management, and internal communications Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal dashboards Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed Identify and flag inefficiencies and help develop improvement solutions

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (internship experience considered) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRMs or project management tools is a plus Interest in financial services and professional growth
